These fees are separate from your rent and are non-refundable:
€165 – RoomPlaza platform success fee (only charged after you get a room)
€295 – Short stay package (bed and kitchen essentials, provided by the property manager)
€175 – Short stay assistance (provided by the property manager)
End-of-stay cleaning (will be charged at the end of your stay)
