All the apartments have contracts which have a start and end date that can not be deviated from. At Roomplaza we focus on renting out our apartments to like-minded groups of international students for a fixed period of time of one year only. This is in order to give new incoming international students a fair chance in finding a suitable accommodation through RoomPlaza. If your rental period doesn’t meet these requirements, we recommend you to also check out other rental platforms.
