The service fee is a onetime payment paid directly to the landlord simultaneously with the rent and deposit payment and is for your personal Bed Inventory Package and use of the online service system. The BIP-package contains a new pillow, blanket and a mattress protector. Note that you still have to bring a sheet, duvet cover and pillow cover yourself.
