Congratulations on completing your booking!
After payment, you will receive the tenancy agreement. At this stage, you will be asked to upload your personal details, passport, and proof of enrolment.
The property manager of your apartment will contact you regarding the next steps, including your rental contract and key pickup. The property manager is also your main contact person for maintenance and other service-related matters during your stay.
Housing permit
Some properties, such as certain studios in The Hague, require a housing permit. If this applies to your apartment, you are responsible for arranging this permit before move-in.
