How does booking work? (step by step)

1. Select the city where you want to stay

2. Select your preferred start month.

3. Browse the available listings.

4. Create an account and pay the €35 platform fee.

6. Make an inquiry for the apartment you are interested in.

7. Form a complete group for the apartment, either with friends or by using the Find-a-Flatmate tool. IMPORTANT: Roomplaza only rents apartments to complete groups.

8. Invite your flatmates to your flatshare group. They must also register on RoomPlaza to accept your invite.

9. Make sure the number of tenants matches the number of rooms and that all group members have paid the platform fee.

10. We have now received your enquiry and will send you a follow-up mail.

Please note that you can only make one inquiry at the time.

In order to change your booking you will have to disconnect yourself from your previous booking.
