3. Create an account and pay the €35 platform fee (includes access to the Find a Flatmate tool)
4. Are you interested in a 3-person apartment? Then you must form a complete group for the apartment and make an inquiry for the apartment you are interested in.
You can form a group either with friends or by using the Find-a-Flatmate tool.
(See: Invite your flatmates to your flatshare group) They must also register on RoomPlaza to accept your invite.
IMPORTANT: Roomplaza only rents apartments to complete groups. Make sure the number of tenants matches the number of rooms and that all group members have paid the platform fee.
