So you've placed your enquiry and made sure you followed all the steps to secure your booking. What is next?

The next step in the process is the follow-up mail you will receive from the Roomplaza Team. After the opening of our bookings season, we receive many inquiries. All these inquiries are handled on a first-come first-serve basis. The follow-up emails are therefore depending on the number of inquiries made by various groups on an apartment. We will explain how our procedure looks like:

1. We will first send an e-mail to the tenants that placed the first complete booking on the apartment. They will be the first to go through the process of possible acceptance.

2. All other tenants that made a booking on the same apartment, will receive an email that the apartment is not available anymore once the apartment is officially accepted by the first group. This will be a few days later than the email that is sent to the first group.

It is therefore difficult for us to give a time-frame of how long it takes to receive a follow-up mail from the day on which you made the booking. After the opening of our bookings season, we try to give you an update as soon as possible about the status of your booking. The status of your booking might therefore be 'pending' for a couple of days before you hear something from us. Depending on how many inquiries we receive, it can even take a little longer. Please be aware of that.
