How does Roomplaza work?

1. Select the city where you want to stay 

2. After selecting a city, you can choose your start month

3. Explore the listings

4. Create an account (sign up) 

5. Pay the platform fee of €35 so you can use the services we offer on our website

6. Make an inquiry

7. Find flatmates you want to rent the apartment with to fill all the rooms in the apartment. Note that Roomplaza only rents apartments to complete groups. This can be done by using our 'find-a-flatmate' tool or maybe you already have friends you would like to rent with. 

8. If you found your flatmates, you can invite them to your flatshare group. They all need to be registered on Roomplaza as well to accept your invite. 

9. When the number of people matches the number of rooms in the apartment, the last step in securing your booking is to make sure that all members of the group paid the platform fee. 

10. We have now received your enquiry and will send you a follow-up mail to explain the next steps in the process.

Please note that you can only make one inquiry at the time. In order to change your booking you will have to disconnect yourself from your previous booking.
